Accounting Manager

We are seeking high-caliber candidates to join our Yau Tsim Mong District Health Centre to play a vital part in the successful delivery of our professional services.

Descriptions Ref : DHC

Oversee and supervise financial and accounting operations, including financial reporting and internal controls for the District Health Centre;
Prepare annual financial budget plans and cash flow forecasts;
Compile audited financial statements and internal audit reports for the District Health Centre;
Review and recommend enhancements to financial mechanisms and accounting systems to support service development;
Ensure accuracy of financial statements and returns while maintaining compliance with financial policies, guidelines, accounting standards, and reporting requirements;
Perform other duties as assigned by Senior Management.

Entry Requirements :

Bachelor's degree or higher in Accountancy;

Qualified Accountant (e.g. HKICPA or equivalent);

At least 5 years of relevant work experience;

Demonstrated expertise in maintaining accounting and operational controls;

Solid experience in accounting software such as FlexSystem.

All candidates of the above post should possess the following abilities :

Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;

Proficiency in PC applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel ,and Teams;

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, responsible, and trustworthy, with strong interpersonal skills;

Effective communication and organizational abilities.
