Job Description
Missions :
As supply chain & Customer Care manager for BU SEA & HK, responsible for the BU supply chain, with direct involvement in stock management & customers orders taking and fulfillmentResponsible of the performance of Supply Chain, Logistics & customer care for BU SEA HK & TW. Provides resources & framework necessary for the empowerment and involvement of his / her teams to guarantee the achievement of the objectives within his / her scopeActivities :
Drive demand planning process within the BU network
Develop in coordination with other functions an unconstrained demand plan for the BU. Animate a BU demand review to reach consensus on the sales forecastsOptimize the supply planning
Define the replenishment frequencies of our business unit’s warehouses to reach the optimum cost for stocks and transportation.Size the strategic stocks for each warehouse according to the local logistic offer and to align with the Group’s supply chain standards.Oversee and ensure timely submission of monthly purchase forecast and supply plan to BA.Management of BU SEA & HK logistics activities
Improve BUs’ stock management and operational efficiency, implement best practices in all locations, ensure customer orders fulfilment with high customer satisfaction rate; improving BU customer care quality standard.Supply Chain / Logistics Projects
Collaborate with BA to execute and implement projects as requestedQualifications
Minimum of 8 years experience in a supply chain multinational environment within industrial or distribution companyEducation : Bachelor Degree in Operations, Logistics, International Management, Supply Chain or business degreeData mindset. Strong analytical, organizational and planning skills. Excellent communication, written and presentation skillsAble to collaborate with externals and internals stakeholders at different level of hierarchyAble to make quick decisions for corrective actions, capable of multi-task and handle multiple priorities in a challenging, fast-paced environment. Strong sense of urgency and handle multiple priorities skillsBusiness orientedAble to work independently with high degree of initiative and driveLeadership competences : Ability to animate transversally & directly the teamPlanning and logistics experience – Proficiency in relevant software, such as Microsoft Office, ERP, APSExperience in improving business via continuous improvement process reviewProven record in improving operation procedures and enhancing work flows to optimize efficienciesAdditional Information
