About the Role
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Project Management, Senior Executive to join our dynamic retail development team. In this role, you will be the engine driving our renovation, A&A, and fit-out projects from concept to completion. You will be instrumental in transforming our retail properties, ensuring every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This is a hands-on role for a technical expert who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves seeing a project come to life.
Your Mission
- Drive Project Delivery : Take ownership of the full lifecycle of renovation, A&A, and fit-out projects. You will coordinate and follow up with all parties, including consultants, designers, architects, and contractors, to ensure seamless execution.
- Lead Technical Assessments : Conduct in-depth technical diagnostics and feasibility studies on retail properties to inform project scope, budget, and timelines.
- Manage Tendering & Procurement : Own the entire tendering process, from preparing documentation and specifications to evaluating bids and appointing all necessary external partners (contractors, service providers, etc.).
- Ensure On-Site Excellence : Lead rigorous, regular on-site inspections to track works-in-progress, proactively resolve issues, monitor the project schedule, and enforce strict quality control.
- Champion Financial Control : Meticulously manage all capital expenditure budgets, ensuring financial discipline and timely delivery without compromising on quality.
- Guarantee Compliance : Prepare and manage all statutory submission requirements and procedures, ensuring 100% compliance for all projects.
- Support Strategic Goals : Handle ad-hoc assignments and strategic projects as requested by management.
Requirements
The Foundation : A Bachelor's Degree in Building Surveying, Building Studies, Construction Management, or a related discipline.The Experience : A minimum of 4 years of direct, hands-on experience in project management, specifically focused on renovation, A&A, and fitting-out works.The Advantage : Previous experience with shopping mall projects or large-scale retail environments is highly preferred.The Technical Skills :Deep familiarity with statutory submission requirements and local building codes.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Project (or similar project management software).The "You" Factor :You are a proactive, hands-on problem-solver with a high level of personal responsibility and commitment.You are a natural collaborator who can work effectively with diverse internal and external teams.You have excellent communication and negotiation skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese .
