Project Manager (AI Research)

In this position, you will :

• Lead the development of the company's AI-driven science and technology innovation planning, strategies and capability layouts
• Organize and oversee the formulation of AI technical road-maps, strategies, and milestones
• Develop and refine the company's long-term AI technology strategy and mid-to-long-term AI innovation plans
• Conduct in-depth research and forecasting on AI, including but not limited to large language models, machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and reinforcement learning. Analyze technological trends, market dynamics, and competitors' technology layouts, and assess their potential impact and application value to the company's business.
• Coordinate trials for AI technologies and products and provide recommendations for the deployment of new technologies
• Oversee the management of AI related R&D projects, including planning, resource allocation, and execution, to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes
• Manage the company's patent portfolio, drive patent application and protection, and participate in the formulation of industry standards
• Plan and organize internal and external science and technology innovation activities, such as innovation competitions, technical seminars, and industry exhibitions.

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements :

Bachelor Degree or above in the relevant field, such as computer, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, electronics, communications and other related majors

At least 8 years of work experience, with over 2 years in the AI technology innovation field

Preferably participated as a leader or key member in major company-level or higher scientific research projects, with patents or related scientific research achievements in the professional field

Good organizational and coordination skills

Self-motivated, organized, service-oriented, good team player with strong sense of responsibility

Proficiency in Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook
