Job description

Your role

Are you passionate about how to develop and apply technology to the benefit of our customers and our client facing colleagues? Do you want to play a key role in supporting our business to achieve their ambitious plans? We are looking for someone like you to :

  • be the client / intermediary liaison (via on site visits, face to face meetings and video or telephone conferences), Management and prioritization of workload across the Exchange Traded Derivatives (ETD) onboarding, Prime Brokerage (PB) Helpdesk, and ETD IT Helpdesk
  • design the workflows for the above functions using Sharepoint, Confluence, Shared mailbox
  • provide the appropriate directions to the relevant disparate teams
  • consult, design and implement end to end solutions for our end clients focusing on the delivery of fully automated processes using technology including FIX,SWIFT, ftp / sftp / ssh and pgp
  • work on ongoing improvements across all functions
  • document all new functionality and client / third party data flows
  • educate all team members on all new functionality
  • provide reports of the functions to senior management

Your team

You'll be part of the Global Markets Client Hub team in Singapore. We are responsible for the client experience when they onboard with us. You will be responsible to be the client / intermediary liaison for our institutional clients across ETD, PB and ETD IT Helpdesk. You will manage and ensure that the process from design to onboarding is seamless for the customers and clients.

Your expertise

  • excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) as well as a highly professional attitude
  • be able to establish rapport with internal and external contacts of disparate roles, responsibilities, and experiences
  • resilient to working in a fast paced, high pressure environment
  • must be a self-starter, able to manage and prioritize workload without guidance
  • able to provide technical training to employees
  • strong analytical skills and extremely detailed oriented
  • work well under pressure with tight deadlines
  • knowledge of Prime Brokerage is preferred
