Responsibilities
Formulate, execute and manage result-driven product marketing activities for BOCHK personal banking, develop short-term and long-term marketing strategies.
Lead and execute thematic marketing campaigns and events for retail banking products, including FX, insurance, payroll, and deposits, to drive business growth.
Develop and implement aprehensive social media strategy and content plan.
Collaborate with internal teams to create and curate high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content for social media platforms such as Instagram, WeChat, and Xiaohongshu.
Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and onlinemunities to enhance brand reach and engagement.
Analyze performance metrics and generate insightful reports to assess campaign effectiveness, optimize resources, and maximize customer engagement, sales, and revenue growth.
Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring cost control and the optimal allocation of funds for all sales and marketing initiatives.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 12 years of solid experience in marketing, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
Strong expertise in digital and social media marketing, with a solid understanding of relevant technologies
Excellent written and verbalmunication skills, including proficiency in copywriting and editing
A creative mindset with a keen eye for design trends and brand storytelling
