Product Compliance Officer | 30K

Responsibilities :

• Ensure products comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures for products exported to different countries.

Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues for exported products.

Provide training to employees on compliance matters and the importance of adhering to regulations.

Monitor compliance activities and conduct audits to ensure timely adherence to policies.

Prepare and submit compliance reports to senior management and regulatory bodies.

Investigate compliance violations and recommend corrective actions.

Act as a point of contact for regulatory agencies and manage communications regarding compliance issues.

Stay updated on changes in legislation and industry standards to enhance compliance programs.

Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and ensure proper documentation is in place.

Requirements :

Higher diploma / Associate degree or above in any field

2-3 years of experience in compliance, quality assurance, or regulatory affairs, preferably in consumer goods or manufacturing.

Strong understanding of local and international regulations related to product safety and compliance.
