Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop, implement, and manage integrated marketing and communication plans aligned with corporate goals
  • Oversee all external and internal communication channels, including digital media, press releases, events, and collateral
  • Collaborate with senior management to craft messaging that enhances brand reputation and market positioning
  • Monitor and analyze campaign effectiveness to optimize impact and ROI
  • Manage relationships with media, agencies, and external partners
  • Lead a team or coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure consistent messaging and brand integrity
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory requirements affecting communications

Candidate Profile :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably within financial services or banking
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, brand management, and digital communication
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages a plus
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders with strong organizational skills
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to guide marketing decisions
  • Leadership experience and ability to work collaboratively at all levels
