Your new role
As the Branch Service Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring all activities are carried out in fullpliance with the bank's policies and procedures. Your role is pivotal in maintaining high-quality service standards and operational integrity.
What you'll need to succeed
A deep understanding of consumer banking products and services, as well as relevant banking ordinances and regulatory requirements.
At least 2 years of experience in branch operations, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role.
Strongmunication, interpersonal, and supervisory skills.
Proficiency in English and Chinese
