Part-time Nurse
The appointee will mainly serve as an interventionist to remotely deliver a compassion-focused Health intervention to community adults experiencing post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) symptoms.
He / She will also be responsible for (a) assisting in administrative and logistics support for research projects; (b) data collection and management;
c) conducting literature search and review; (d) preparing project reports and manuscripts; and (e) performing other tasks as assigned.
This position requires availability on weekdays, weekends, holidays, and evenings to ensure the provision of accessible and timely support to the study participants.
- Applicants should be / have (i) registered psychiatric nurses in Hong Kong; (ii) a valid Practising Certificate issued by The Nursing Council of Hong Kong;
- iii) at least 2 to 3 years of post-registration clinical experience; (iv) a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese);
- v) good interpersonal and communication skills; (vi) good computer skills; (vii) the ability to multitask and work independently;
and (viii) a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation. Having good practical skills in psychotherapies or counselling psychology is preferred.
