Manulife HK is seeking for a Senior Officer, Sales Promotion & Incentives who is accountable for providing excellent pre-sales support to all sources of business. This role is a primary point of contact and resource for producers and back offices for items relating to the insurance pre-sales process, including product information, advanced case design, competitive analysis, illustrations, and assistance with any marketing or new business and underwriting needs.

We are looking for someone with :

Degree holder in Marketing or Communications

At least 3 years of work experience

Knowledge and experience in event planning and management will be an added value

Experience in life insurance industry is a definite advantage

Knowledge / Skills :

Strong interpersonal and analytical skills

Good team player, organized and attentive to details

Good presentation skill and able to work under pressure

Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese

Strong PC skills in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing

On the job you will :

Provide support to the team in the implementation of agency events and recognition programs

Support the design, implementation and promotion of incentive programs to motivate agents to achieve the business targets and help drive a good product mix

Prepare reports for sales contests and participate in the sales promotion activities

Assist in coordinating various ad hoc projects
