Investment Director

Responsibilities

1. Oversee the entire investment process, epassing deal sourcing, due diligence, legal documentation, and ongoing portfolio management.

2. Expand deal sourcing by conducting in-depth thematic research, cultivating an ecosystem, and establishing strategic partnerships.

3. Direct team members in performingprehensive due diligence acrossmercial, technical, financial, and legal aspects for both direct and fund investments.

4. Lead negotiations, structure deals, and prepare legal documentation for transactions.

5. Monitor and manage the investment portfolio to ensure the achievement of investment objectives and risk control.

6. Engage in other strategic activities related to investment, includingmercialization and the establishment of business alliances.

Job Requirements :

1. Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.

2. A minimum of 10 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, corporate mergers and acquisitions, technology startups, investment banking, or management consulting, with at least 3 years of leadership experience in direct investments.

3. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and both qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques.

4. A deep understanding of business operations and the ability to accurately assess the potential of businesses and individuals.

5. Proven team management skills, with the ability to train and motivate team members to achieve project goals.

6. In-depth knowledge and extensive networks in the fields of Tech or New Energy are highly preferred.

7. Excellentmunication skills and interpersonal abilities.

8. Proficiency in working with English and Chinese
