Group Legal Adviser
Your role :
- Responsible for all aspects of the commercial contract process, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements with vendors and customers (including service agreements, NDAs and other standard contracts);
- Providing advice to the business team on all legal matters, including commercial contracts, employment, dispute resolution and corporate compliance;
- Providing legal support to the business teams and coordinating with colleagues from other supporting functions across multiple jurisdictions;
- Managing and regularly updating contract templates; and
- Providing legal research support to legal team members.
To succeed in this role :
- LLB degree or equivalent, admitted in Hong Kong with at least 6 to 7 years PQE in law firm and / or in-house;
- Significant experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements with vendors and customers is required :
- Strong research skills;
- Experience in telecom industry is preferred;
- Commercially-minded, practical, responsive and focused on problem-solving; and
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin.
