Account Executive

Our client is a HK based startup providinghomeowners engineer-matching and consultancy services.

Account Executive

Responsibilities:

• Handle customers calls and follow up enquiries promptly accurately and professionally
• Prepare sales reports sales orders and quotations
• Responsible for contract review sales meeting sales order processing and sales report analysis
• Maintain good relationship with existing clients and develop new accounts
• Coordinate between internal departments and clients to ensure timely delivery
• Shift duty and outdoor work are required
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements:

• F.6 or above
• Minimum 1 year relevant working experience in customer service/tele sales/sales or related fields preferably in Interior Design industry
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Immediate Available is an advantage
• 5.5 - 6 days work Shift duty
