Application Maintenance Manager
Duties:
- Involvement in user coordination and communications
- Support service request management monitoring and scheduling
- Service Level Agreement (SLA) management
- Training and developing of technical support skill of ODC members
- Driving process standardisation on support services
Requirements:
- At least 6 Year Working Experience in IT projects
- Extensive IT system supporting experience including: Linux Server Shell Scripts DB installation & monitoring Application Server installation & monitoring
- JIRA Jenkins GitHub Actions OpenShift configuration preferred
