Job Responsibilities
What’s the role about?
- Guarantee the quantity of the Purchase Orders (PO) received from internal customers and ensure the delivery on time
- Monitor the setup of the shipping advice in SAP
- Daily check of the purchase order changes from suppliers and update SAP
- Organize and book the PSI
- Manage the purchase price and provide the transfer price for the SKU assigned
- Align PO with suppliers via production planning and analyze the bottleneck with factories or suppliers
- Analyze KPI and develop tactics with suppliers to improve the on-time delivery and services
- Monitor product inspection and follow up with suppliers for any rework timing
- Reduce working capital and improve the stock rotation in line with corporate objectives as annual basis
- Coordinate the consolidation of stock with the logistics team and reduce logistics costs by optimizing the container / quantity ordered with the various suppliers of finished products
- Coordinate with the Commercial function for goods arrival in delays
- Maintain the purchasing price list and transfer price to internal customers within De’Longhi Group
Job Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or equivalentAt least 2 years’ experience in procurement or planningKnowledge of manufacturing or customer goodsWork well and independently under tight scheduleTeam player, responsible and willing to learnAdvanced user in ExcelFluent in both written and spoken English and MandarinFlexibility to travel to China to visit suppliers as and when required (infrequently and only day travel is required)Good-to-have (not a must) :
SAP APO experienceUnderstanding of planning activities from Finished goods to Materials in manufacturingUnderstanding of small domestic appliances and seasonal products, such as heating and cooling products
