About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive or Associate Sales Manager to join our growing team in Hong Kong . This client-facing role is ideal for someone passionate about healthcare innovation, with strong sales experience and the drive to make a real impact in the fight against cancer.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow key customer accounts, including screening centres, clinics, laboratories, and hospitals..
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client relationships, including service agreement discussions and ongoing support.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and develop trusted partnerships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors.

Conduct on-site and door-to-door sales visits to drive engagement and generate leads.

Identify new business opportunities and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

Communicate progress on sales initiatives clearly to both internal and external stakeholders.

Respond promptly to client requests and resolve issues as needed.

Requirements

Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Chinese (written and spoken).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple accounts with strong attention to detail.

Quick learner with a problem-solving mindset and a passion for innovation.

Professional, discreet, and able to handle confidential information responsibly.
