职位描述Maintain WMS on a daily basis Closely work with the operation team in the warehouse Answer customer inquiries Provide friendly and professional service to our clients Coordinate the job of other customer services Good control of delivery from supplier Good coordination with warehouse and other related internal department Correct information input into system
Requirements
- HKCEE / HKALE / HKDSE / Diploma or Degree holder in Logistics or related disciplines
- 3year's relevant experience in handling customer correspondence / customer relations in logistics field
- Self-motivated, proactive team player and willing to learn and take challenge
- Dynamic and customer driven with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently under pressure and work in warehouses
- High proficiency in MS office applications
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Immediate available is preferred
