职位描述Clerical & administrative support to Marine Quality Assurance Advisor Assist in planning for Internal & External audits (ISO, ISM, TMSA, terminal, etc) Occasional communication with vessels technical operator and / or internal inter-department on matters related to environmental, safety and vetting performance Compilation of KPI and assist in recording / populating vessels technical operator performance and management reviews Knowledge of TMSA, SIRE VIQ, CDI and / or other industry inspection standards is added value Assist in process of vessel screening and follow up actions where necessary
Job Requirements
- Undergraduate / Polytechnic Qualified / Graduate in Maritime studies or Business or equivalent
- Prior experience in Marine Industry, especially in tanker industry is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal, analytical & communication skills
- Proficient in application of MS Office suite
- Knowledge and application of data & visual analytics is an advantage
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
