Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project management frameworks, methodologies, templates, and best practices.
  • Monitor and report on the status, progress, and performance of all active projects and programs.
  • Support resource allocation and capacity planning across multiple projects.
  • Track budgets, forecasts, and financial performance for the project portfolio.
  • Identify, assess, and escalate project risks, dependencies, and issues to leadership.
  • Prepare executive dashboards, KPI reports, and portfolio updates for senior management.
  • Analyze lessons learned and implement improvements in project delivery practices.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and administrative support to project teams
  • Ensure all projects align with the organizations business goals and strategic roadmap.

Qualifications :

  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in PMO related responsibilities preferably Technical background.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Management, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, program coordination, or PMO operations.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, Agile).
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, Asana).
  • Projects with technical content, knows what is going on trading desks, EQD background is preferred.
  • Able to speak and write Mandarin is a must
  • Needs to pick up new business fast and react to problems short learning curve
