Job Responsibilities :

  • Acted in capacity of a Testing and Commissioning Manager for MEP Building Services and / or Specialist MEP Building Services on a large Scale Project(s)
  • Develop and execute commissioning plans for Building Services Systems, ensuring adherence to project requirements and industry standards
  • Manage client relationships and ensure overall satisfaction with test and commissioning processes and outcomes
  • Planning and monitoring subject matter concerning T&C aspects as to whether the planned T&C activities can be conducted as plan and report any concerns to PIC
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to execute the section plan
  • Reporting progress against construction plan from T&C prospective to clients as per project guidelines; develop strong working relationships with key client representatives
  • Monitoring adherence to safety and environment guidelines and regulations

Job Requirements :

  • Degree holder in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience with main contractors in Building Services projects is required
  • 5 years’ experience as a Testing and Commissioning Manager and at least 1 project in Hospital / Medical Health Care
  • Solid experience in project planning and works coordination
  • Membership or association to recognized industry bodies or institutes would be desirable
  • BIM knowledge / experience for Building Services Co-ordination preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
