Executive Officer ()

The Department of Mathematics is now seeking a highly motivated person to provide administrative support to the Department.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in Programme administration and student-related matters;
• Assist in Programme admission;
• Coordinating and organising activities / events hosted by Programmes and Department;
• Provide administrative support to Programmes and Department; and
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Programme Directors and Department Head.

Requirements :

The initial appointment will be offered on a fixed-term contract of one year. Re-appointment thereafter will be subject to performance review and mutual agreement.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
