  • Our client, is now looking for captioned position to join within their team.

    Job Description :

    • Provide first-level IT services support, answering hotlines and fulfilling services request.
    • Provide technical support and troubleshooting.
    • Communicate effectively with end users and end-user management.
    • Prepare broadcast communications.
    • Escalate unresolved problems to higher levels of support in accordance with established escalation procedures.
    • Performing ad hoc administrative tasks and documents as assigned by the supervisor.
    • Requirement :

    • High Diploma or above in Computer / related discipline.
    • Possess 2 to 4 years of Service Desk / Help Desk support experience.
    • Good written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese).
    • Self-motivated and ability to acquire skills independently.
    • People oriented and teamwork centric.
    • Ability to apply specific operation knowledge / skills in daily work.
    • A good team player who embraces changes in a positive manner.
    • Be a proactive team member to deliver excellent IT services.
    • Be presentable and able to communicate well with internal users and external parties.
    • Be able to perform tasks management and prioritize on hand tasks.
