Job Description :
- Provide first-level IT services support, answering hotlines and fulfilling services request.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting.
- Communicate effectively with end users and end-user management.
- Prepare broadcast communications.
- Escalate unresolved problems to higher levels of support in accordance with established escalation procedures.
- Performing ad hoc administrative tasks and documents as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirement :
- High Diploma or above in Computer / related discipline.
- Possess 2 to 4 years of Service Desk / Help Desk support experience.
- Good written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese).
- Self-motivated and ability to acquire skills independently.
- People oriented and teamwork centric.
- Ability to apply specific operation knowledge / skills in daily work.
- A good team player who embraces changes in a positive manner.
- Be a proactive team member to deliver excellent IT services.
- Be presentable and able to communicate well with internal users and external parties.
- Be able to perform tasks management and prioritize on hand tasks.
