Who we're looking for
WeLab is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join the team!
What you will be doing
- Recommend media plan based on campaign performance and data that deliver the brief from Head of Marketing and Team-wide discussion
- Monitor the media effectiveness and generate learnings for media planning, accountable for digital reach & conversion optimization by working with media agency
- Maximize Return on Advertising Spending (ROAS) across paid digital channels and develop ongoing reports to measure and performance media ROI
- Work with Creative and Media agency to maximize brand awareness and product exposure through partner / Third party platform sites and associated marketing tools to optimize purchase funnel
- Identify site Optimization Define opportunities on site (structure) and content to drive SEO and conversion from site
- Leverage most effective and efficient search keywords that will optimize our traffic to website / Appstore and drive conversions to open bank accounts
- Manage & execute direct communication to consumer via eDM
- To be the go-to person or acquire relevant new knowledge that would be useful to optimize our marketing funnel integration to ensure there is end-to-end tracking from media to website / app.
- To be the consolidator of multi-source data eg Google Analytics, Looker (internal performance data), Appstore / Google Play performance, and other relevant platform that give us data-based insights to improve performance

What is required and what we’re looking for
- At least 8-10 years of working experience in media / performance marketing
- Good knowledge of digital marketing principles such as funnel optimization, UX, A / B texts, with the knowhow to derive consumer insights
- Experience in media management, site management, technical platforms availability to optimize our performance marketing
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Agency management : Engage, energize and enable agencies to identify opportunities for service improvements
- Good communication and presentation skills to explain complex information internally / externally
- Hands-on experience with running marketing campaigns and using digital platforms and campaign management tools (Facebook Ads, Google AdWords etc.)
- Understanding on site pixel installation, website tagging and retargeting methods for social media and brand sites is a plus
