What you will be doing
- Build an open platform that offers crypto asset trading products, including brokerage services, cloud exchange, etc. Design the back-end service, user experience and new business model, participating in the whole lifecycle of this platform from project establishment to launch
- Create the short- and medium-term product iteration plan and roadmap based on the product lifecycle, competitive environment and resource structure
- Collect product feedback from internal and external sources, optimize the product plan through qualitative or quantitative analysis methods
- Monitor the project progress and coordinate with developers, designers, market team, operation team and other departments
- Analyse our competitor’s products and industry trends, and transform the data and information to an actionable product iteration plan
Who you are
- Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of product manager experience, preferably from a well-known internet or blockchain company
- A strong interest in blockchain and the financial industry
- Solid product design and project management knowledge, especially skilled at discovering user demands through data analysis
- Ability to think logically, work in a team and communicate effectively. Be able to organize and coordinate resources to solve problems and achieve goals in collaboration with different departments
- Be proactive, enthusiastic, responsible to our customers and your team
- Experience in designing or trading financial products, such as in stocks, funds, forex, futures and options
- Fluent in English, preferably having studied or worked overseas
- Experience building a product for businesses
- Team management experience
