Who we're looking for
We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our HR team supporting the expansion of our Product team expansion.
You will be working closely with different tech units on on-going expansion projects. This position will be based out of Hong Kong.
What you will be doing
- Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for our Product functions
- Owning the candidate experience process and be a true candidate ambassador
- Focus on recruiting for product and technical specialists, whilst also recruiting other technical roles based on company needs
- Source and select candidates effectively by assessing both the technical and people skills as well as culture fit
- Facilitating interview and hiring decision-making processes with hiring managers, and the leadership team.
- Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview and offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations and closing of candidates
- Proactively build our technical candidate pipeline
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
- Minimum 3 years in hiring for tech and / or product roles
- Basic understanding of digital and financial services industries
- Skills in partnering with hiring managers to create effective sourcing strategies
- Experience in managing and prioritizing multiple searches and projects
- The ability to effectively evaluate technical aptitude and screen candidates for both technical and behavioural fit
- Growth mindset and exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin
