Report to the Head of Human Resources & Administration and support the Head to develop strategic HR goals and achievable operational plans.

Job Responsibilities :

Support HR operations including but not limited to recruitment & salary benchmarking, staff onboarding / off boarding, HRIS administration, fringe benefits management, performance management, training & development and employee relations
Monitor the latest rules and regulations related to HR and update the HR policies as appropriate
Prepare various HR related statistics and reports for management
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Maintain good communication and coordination with various departments on HR issues
Assist the Head of Human Resources & Administration in overseeing all HR functions

Requirements :

Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related discipline

8 years working experience of all-rounded HR experience

Positive and proactive attitude, and with strong sense of responsibility

Mature with good communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Proficient in MS Office
