System Analyst
Your Role
- Lead a team of programmers in designing and developing in-house platforms, automated tools and monitoring tools to improve operation and service quality
- Continue development and maintenance of existing tools
- Conduct analysis of existing systems and process to identify areas for optimization
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document system requirements
- Select appropriate technologies for system development and integration
- Provide guidance and support to development teams
- Conduct system testing and resolve any issues arisen
- Train users on new systems and provide ongoing support and assistance
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
To Succeed in the Role
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent with min 5 years’ relevant experience
- Proven experience as a System Analyst is preferable
- Strong knowledge of system analysis methodologies and tools
- Proficiency in documenting requirements and specifications
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of secure development, certificate such as CSSLP is a plus
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior System Analyst
