Visit us at : https : / / scentair.com / OPERATIONS MANAGER  We are seeking a skilled and motivated Operations Manager for our Hong Kong Office to oversee technical services and supply chain operations in the APAC Region.  Reporting to the Operations Director APAC, you will manage technical services in Asia, and logistics, warehousing and inventory in Hong Kong and Japan.  This role requires a leader to guide the Technical Services and Logistics Teams in delivering exceptional customer support and driving improvements aligned with business objectives.

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee the Technical Services in APAC Region.  Guide the Technical Services Team and contractors in providing excellent technical service and customer support.

Setting performance goals and implementing best practices to enhance service delivery and teamwork.

Proactively implement effective complaint resolution strategies, addressing and resolving customer complaints, ensuring timely and effective technical solutions.

Manage the Hong Kong warehouse and 3PL operations in Japan, enhancing operational efficiency in logistics coordination and inventory management Oversee the entire customer journey, in particular key accounts, ensuring a smooth transition from pitching through implementation to ongoing support Engage with various departments to drive key company projects, ensuring effective communication and execution Support the Operations Director APAC in leading the Operations Department, promoting a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, growth, and alignment with the organization’s goals SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or Facility Engineering.  Knowledge in HVAC Engineering is an advantage Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in multinational companies, particularly in HVAC systems related   Proven track record in managing technical contractors  Experience in supply chain, logistics, and inventory is advantageous  Strong leadership skill, with the ability to motivate and guide teams Strong problem-solving skill, excel at presenting technical solutions to internal and external stakeholders Strong analytical skills and experience with business performance metrics Strong business acumen with a growth mindset that sees challenges as learning opportunities and a willingness to adapt to industry changes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly proficient in both verbal and written English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese) Proficient in ERP systems Openness to conducting conference calls across different time zones.
