Responsibilities :
- Provide high quality of customer service and handle customers’ inquiry in branch network
- Identify customer needs and provide banking services and solutions in order to achieve business targets
- Assist Personal Banking Managers in the daily maintenance of customer relationships
- Promote product campaigns to acquire new business and strengthen customer loyalty
- Ensure compliance requirements are strictly observed and followed
Requirements :
University degree / Associate degree holders, and fresh graduates; or HKCEE / HKDSE holders with at least one year of working experience, preferably sales & marketing experience in banking industryGood interpersonal and communication skillsQualifications of HKSI & IIQE will be an advantageSales and service oriented with excellent interpersonal skillsWe offer competitive packages and promising career opportunities to the right candidates.
