Job Responsibilities

Develop and maintain project management frameworks, methodologies, templates, and best practices.
Monitor and report on the status, progress, and performance of all active projects and programs.
Support resource allocation and capacity planning across multiple projects.
Track budgets, forecasts, and financial performance for the project portfolio.
Identify, assess, and escalate project risks, dependencies, and issues to leadership.
Prepare executive dashboards, KPI reports, and portfolio updates for senior management.
Analyze lessons learned and implement improvements in project delivery practices.
Provide guidance, coaching, and administrative support to project teams
Ensure all projects align with the organizations business goals and strategic roadmap.

Qualifications :

8-10 years of relevant experience in PMO related responsibilities preferably Technical background.

Bachelors degree in Business, Management, IT, Engineering, or related field.

Proven experience in project management, program coordination, or PMO operations.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, Agile).

Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, Asana).

Projects with technical content, knows what is going on trading desks, EQD background is preferred.

Able to speak and write Mandarin is a must

Needs to pick up new business fast and react to problems short learning curve
