Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external parties to execute marketing campaigns and packaging projects effectively.
Support the localization of campaigns and contribute to the development of shopper materials.
Prepare monthly business performance reports, analyze market trends, and monitor competitor activities using various data sources, including internal shipment data, market share data, and consumer studies.
Assist in marketing budget planning and monitoring to ensure optimal resource allocation.
Provide administrative support and take the lead in organizing internal engagement activities.
Contribute to ad-hoc projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Provide administrative, operational & coodination work for marketing program, including liaison with various parties in relation to the job duties
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a sizable company, preferably in the FMCG industry.
Strong business sense with a strategic mindset and analytical approach.
Experience in cross-functional project management.
Excellent communication skills with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
Exceptional command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
