Manager / Assistant Manager, Collection

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Retail Collection, you will assist in supervising the team for handling all related restructure loan processing (including IDRP / DRP / IVA). You will handle the whole process of the IDRP as a leading Bank and liaise with other creditors for arranging / discussing the offer of IDRP between the debtor and other creditors for each case. In addition, you will collect IDRP set-up fee and maintenance fee from other creditors and handle early settlement for the IDRP cases. You will also be in charge of / take part in projects as assigned which may due to change of regulators’ requirements, procedures and processes, etc.

To meet the challenge, you should have the following qualifications and attributes :

• Secondary education or above, with 3 years of experience in retail credit approval and 2 years of experience in credit collection
• Hands on experience in assessing customer’s financial ability and calculating DSR
• Knowledge on relevant Codes, Ordinances and Guidelines introduced by the HKMA / PCO / TU
• Good interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Familiar with MS Office applications
