Job descriptionDegree / Higher Diploma holder in Computer Science, Computer Studies, Information Technology, Information System or related disciplines Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in supporting managed service project or in-house IT support, SI vendor, ISP or related disciplines Good technical knowledge in various brands of networking product and solution such as Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Huawei, etc. Holder of professional certifications in Cisco, Aruba (such as CCIE, CCNP) in Wi-Fi is a must Familiar with ITIL IT Service Management framework Strong problem solving and analytical skills Good customer service and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, customer oriented and able to work under pressure Proficiency in spoken and written in both Chinese and English
Your new role
- Support the team to operate managed service solution with incident management, problem management and change management
- Support the team to provide technical support for managed service customer
- To liaise with internal department, vendor and customer for deliver managed service
