Job description

Responsibilities

Liaise among business stakeholders, IT units, vendors to ensure business requirements are well defined and properly implemented
Plan and manage the execution of project lifecycle, requirement gathering, analysis, implementation, testing, production rollout and maintenance effectively
Work closely with users, vendors, development teams and collaborate with cross-functional teams for system requirement analysis, effort estimation
Coordinate UAT and prepare documentation
Providing production support to business units
Liaise and coordinate effectively with both internal and external parties
Monitor andmunicate project progress and issues with project teams

Requirements

Degree holder inputer Science, Business Administration or related disciplines

4-8 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in banking or finance sector. Less year experience will business technology manager

Strong analytical and report-writing skills

Goodmunication and presentation skill

Experience in vendor management

Good team player, self-motivated and able to work under pressure

Knowledge in investment or debit card products would be an advantage
