Job descriptionHigher Diploma in Property Management or related discipline Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in property management Experience in Grade A Retail and / or Commercial Property is a must Holder of the Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) License is preferred Proficient in Building Management Ordinance, DMC and / or related ordinances Service oriented and self-motivated Good PC skills in MS Words, Excel and Chinese Word-processing etc Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Responsibilities
- Ensure high level of customers’ satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous services and establishing friendly rapport with tenants & customers
- Liaise with service contractors to ensure quality service are provided as required
- Attend regular meetings and prepare management / financial reports
- Monitor the performance of maintenance, security, cleaning teams
- Answer enquiries, handle complaints, provide information / activities and resolve problems arising from tenants & customers
- Prepare general daily reports and administrative duties
