Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for maintaining and developing a book of business, defining a strategy for each client with measurable objectives
- Execute on strategic and tactical growth plans with tenacity, increasing net ASV at each account, with an and organized approach properly documented in Salesforce
- Gain complete knowledge of assigned accounts and all product offerings. Expand working knowledge of the financial industry, various client workflows and FactSet’s value proposition versus industry competitors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the business to drive engagement and partnership
- Work closely with Specialty Sales and Client Service to maximize client satisfaction and retention
- Allocate time effectively between uncovering new revenue-generating opportunities, upselling, and account management. Manage the sales process from lead generation to demonstration to close
- Maintain collaborative and highly communicative relationships with cross-functional internal stakeholders and establish yourself internally as a positive and productive front-line leader
Requirements :
Demonstrated history of exceeding goals and a high level of activity3 to 4 years experiences in a client facing role, experiences in Sales is preferredStrong analytical skills and buy-side product knowledgeDemonstrate an understanding in the Sales cycleProactive and a sense of initiativeStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to interact effectively with senior-level client contactsAbility to work independently, as a team member, and as a leaderFluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and EnglishCompany Overview :
