Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including formulating effective strategies and optimizing processes to acquire talent and build a robust pipeline aligned with business objectives
  • Draft and issue company-wide circulars on HR matters, policy updates, and organizational changes
  • Compile and consolidate departmental reports, including headcount reports, turnover analysis, CSR and any other reports
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement plans to streamline HR processes and enhance HR systems

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in human resources, with a strong focus on talent acquisition, policy development, and HR reporting
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with Department Heads and engage employees at all levels
  • Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail
  • Exceptional writing skills, particularly in report writing and policy drafting
  • Outstanding communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
  • Up-to-date knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis tools
