Job description

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Food & Beverage Director to oversee the day-to-day operations
  • Deliver quality services in accordance with hotel standards
  • Ensure all safety and sanitation levels are upheld in accordance with local regulations
  • Implement appropriate and effective measures to improve cost control in labour and other aspects
  • Identify and analyze problems and develop solutions, determine priorities, set goals, and follow up with monthly action plans
  • Manage guest needs and enhance guest satisfaction

Job Requirements

  • At least 8 years’ experience with 5 years supervisory experience in hospitality industry
  • Higher Diploma  / Degree holder in hospitality management or equivalent
  • Strong leadership skills, able to work under pressure and handle multitasks to meet tight deadlines.
  • Mature, detail-minded and tactful.
  • Creative, high level of energy, and highly self-driven.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Immediate available is preferred.
