Job description
Responsibilities
Assist the Food & Beverage Director to oversee the day-to-day operations
Deliver quality services in accordance with hotel standards
Ensure all safety and sanitation levels are upheld in accordance with local regulations
Implement appropriate and effective measures to improve cost control in labour and other aspects
Identify and analyze problems and develop solutions, determine priorities, set goals, and follow up with monthly action plans
Manage guest needs and enhance guest satisfaction
Job Requirements
At least 8 years’ experience with 5 years supervisory experience in hospitality industry
Higher Diploma / Degree holder in hospitality management or equivalent
Strong leadership skills, able to work under pressure and handle multitasks to meet tight deadlines.
Mature, detail-minded and tactful.
Creative, high level of energy, and highly self-driven.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Immediate available is preferred.
