- Provide friendly and efficient service across health club operations, including facility bookings and set up, locker and towel rentals, and interest class registration
- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of facilities and equipment, reporting any issues promptly
- Assist with guest inquiries and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
