Our client is a reputable conglomerate with a long standing history and diverse business across HK, Mainland China, and APAC. To cope with their business needs, they are now looking for a Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager to join and manage their portfolios.
About the Role
As an Assistant Property Manager, you will be overseeing the property management, operations of their commercial and residential portfolios, activities including tenancy management, security / safety, handling customers inquiries / complaints. You will be a key touch point with external and internal stakeholders and maintain a good relationship with them.
