Description

We are currently seeking for a Senior Project Executive – Retail fixture and VM Designer who will have full responsibility of design and implementation of Visual Merchandising and retail fixtures and tools, both permanent and seasonal, as well as Global Trade Fairs, for all brands in the Travel Retail channel, following global guidelines, layouts and the brand image.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage retail fixture related materials including, retail space customizations, pop up store, HPPs and Trade Marketing tools, ensuring efficient and on time implementations aligned with global Visual Merchandising directives

  • Support and follow from start to finish Co-undertake the conception, development and follow-up and coordinate the conception and production.
  • Control and facilitate timely delivery and installation of any kind of VM display

    • and retail fixture projects.

  • Manage and follow up closely the projects by liaising with the internal parties for concept validation and approval and with all external suppliers for final design and engineering, production and installation.
  • Liaising with clients’ technical team for concept approval
  • Ensure good delivery of the projects by monitoring time and budgets constraints.
  • Adopt the VM guideline provided by HQ and create design drawing for different type of POS and retail fixture.
  • Manage and coordinate conversations, both internally and externally, for Trade Fairs and channel events (site surveys, concept design, production, installation, dismantling)
  • Provide ad hoc renderings and designs / layouts for special projects required by the different Regions of the channel.

    • Experience

  • Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience on 3D retail fixture design and project management in fashion related Cosmetic or FMCG industry
  • Degree or diploma in Interior Design or related discipline
  • Experience in managing travel retail projects is highly preferred

  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Flexible in working with globally spread teams with different time zones
  • Must have a valid passport and willingness to travel up to 30% of working time
  • Able to work multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills with fluency in English and Chinese - both written and oral.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in a start-up environment
  • Strong project management skill
  • Familiar of computer design software is a must :
  • PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suits : Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign. Premier pro is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Sketch Up & Vray for Sketch Up, Capable with AutoCAD is an advantage and 3DsMax & V ray is an optional
