The Role

• Legal Advisory : Provide legal advice and guidance on corporate matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Transaction Support : Assist in the negotiation and execution of transactions, including drafting and reviewing legal documents.
• Risk Management : Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with investments and business operations.
• Regulatory Compliance : Ensure that all business activities comply with applicable regulatory requirements.
• Contract Management : Oversee the drafting, negotiation, and execution of contracts with partners, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Policy Development : Contribute to the development and implementation of internal policies and procedures.
• Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including investment, operations, and finance.
• Knowledge Management : Stay updated on legal developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance our legal framework.
