We are currently seeking Sales Managers who are flexible, adaptable, and ready to tackle any challenge that comes their way.

Job responsibilities :

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the electronic wire harness market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance product offerings.
Attend industry trade shows and conferences to stay updated on market trends.

Job requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the electronic wire harness or components industry.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Strong understanding of electronic wire harness products, materials, and manufacturing processes.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

AI Skills : Experience in utilizing AI tools to enhance sales processes, such as lead generation, customer segmentation, and predictive analytics.

Internal Management Experience : Proven experience in managing internal sales teams, including setting targets, performance evaluation, and team development.

Ability to travel as needed for business development.

Bilingual in both English and Mandarin. Must have a good command of English.

Travel : Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required for business development.

Salary is negotiable for experienced candidates.

Stationed in Dong Guan, China
