Job description

Responsibilities

  • Support full range of general HR & administrative function of HK & China Office
  • Provide secretarial support to Department Head
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects / tasks as assigned by Department Head

Requirements

  • DSE / Form 5 or above
  • 1-2 years of HR & administration related experience
  • Knowledge of HK Employment Ordinance an advantage
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command in spoken and written English & Chinese, spoken Putonghua
  • Proficient PC Knowledge in MS Word, PowerPoint & Excel
  • Well-organized, a team player & detail-oriented
  • Able to multi-task
  • More experienced candidates will be considered as Assistant Officer or Officer
  • Fresh university graduates will also be considered
