Develop contemporary storytelling, SEO, and A / B testing capabilities to encourage the BUs to produce exciting, engaging, and relevant digital content that attracts new and younger audiences in Hong Kong and ChinaDevise a state-of-the-art social media, web, and app content strategy that fully embraces the content preferences and consumption behaviour of our target audiences, particularly Gen Y and Gen Z, using trends and insights provided by the Customer Intelligence teamDevelop and manage content calendars, ensuring campaigns and messaging align with the overall editorial strategy and direction. Define the type, sequence, and volume of content and own the content publishing workflowDevelop and enforce a content governance framework, guidelines, and processes to minimize time to market while maintaining content integrityUtilize platform and consumption trends and collect best practices to equip, inspire, and empower the BUs to develop compelling and engaging content that drives a more integrated and holistic perception of the company's brandIntroduce and operate a content management platform for the review, approval, and publishing of social media, web, and app contentWork with internal stakeholders to embed domain expertise that enables the company to attract, engage, and retain target audiences with informative, engaging, and entertaining social media, web, and app channelsManage a small team that enforces and manages content operations guidelines and processes and enables content creators across BUs to develop their own communications programs in alignment with the overall editorial strategyWork with customer-facing BUs and IT to build our capabilities to produce mass-personalized contentPlan and manage departmental budgetsskills & experiences required.
Hold a degree in Marketing / Digital Marketing or a related fieldHave a minimum of 15 years of experience in devising and coordinating editorial content strategies and plans in complex, multi-brand organizations, leading digital media companies, or agenciesExperienced in developing and implementing social media strategies and governance frameworks / guidelines.Knowledgeable about the latest content trends and utilizing data and insights to inform content strategiesSkilled in stakeholder engagement and management and in working across divisions to embed and grow contemporary content creation expertiseProficient in SEO, A / B testing, storytelling, copywriting, content planning, content review and approvals, content publishing, Facebook Business Manager (and similar), social media management toolsshow more
