Responsibilities

Marketing Planning : Develop content marketing strategies based on market trends and user insights to promote transaction conversions among platform users.
Content Operations : Identify high-quality UGC (User-Generated Content), drive effective distribution of popular content, and improve content engagement and conversion rates.
User Operations : Discover and maintain core users who align withmunity values, and encourage them to frequently produce high-quality UGC.
Project Coordination : Follow up on content and other projects, liaise with various departments, and promote implementation.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, or related fields from a full-time program.

2+ years relevant working experience

Deep understanding of Hong Kong and stock markets, ability to proactively identify business growth opportunities based on market conditions, and empower front-end markets.

Knowledge of options and other derivatives; trading experience preferred.

Internet-oriented mindset and project management skills, with strongmunication abilities.

Proficiency in English or Cantonese is a plus.
