Our client, a well-established General Insurance Company is looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above-mentioned position. Details are as followings :
Responsibilities :
- Day to day handling and settlement of claims cases
- Manage and supervise subordinates performance and approve their requisitions
- Lead the team to do regular open claim and close claim review
- Month-end reserve review of each claim cases
- Manage vendors performance and review works done by them
- Handling customer and intermediaries enquiries
- Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Independent with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
