Job description

Responsibilities :

To assist in designing, planning, and organising operational and safety training programmes for employees, including engineering trainees and apprentices
To monitor the training progress of trainees and apprentices, and support the accomplishment of training objectives
To support in identifying training needs, formulating training strategies, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programmes
To supervise a team of engineering trainees in performing their duties and achieving their training objectives

Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related disciplines

A minimum of 6 years’ experience in designing, planning and organising training programmes with at least 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role

Experience in public utility and / or handling HKIE's Scheme A Training Programme and Vocational Training Council’s Apprenticeship Programmes for trainees an advantage

Good computer skills of Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Chinese typing

Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese languages

Holder of a valid driving licence for Class 1 vehicles

Working Location : Ap Lei Chau, transportation to be provided.

Candidates with less relevant experience may be considered for the position of Engineer I.
