To support this vision, they are seeking a forward-thinking Head of IT Operations in manufacturing to strengthen their technological capabilities and establish their position as an industry leader.

About the Role

The Head of IT will lead all technology operations at our manufacturing plant, with a strong focus on Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Enterprise Manufacturing Systems (EMS), and Oracle ERP. This senior role is responsible for aligning IT strategy with business goals, driving digital transformation, and ensuring seamless integration and performance of critical systems. Key responsibilities include developing and executing IT strategies, overseeing the implementation and optimization of PLM, EMS, and Oracle ERP platforms, and ensuring these systems support efficient plant operations. The Head of IT will lead and mentor the IT team, manage vendor relationships, and collaborate with plant leadership to deliver effective technology solutions. You will also ensurepliance with industry regulations and cybersecurity standards and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

The Successful Applicants

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in technology leadership roles, preferably within the manufacturing industry
• Leading Change - A natural 'change agent' that can identify what is needed to drive technology success and is not afraid to implement
• Proven track record of implementing ERP transformation, and automation technologies in a manufacturing setting
• Experience in driving large-scale digital transformation projects
• Deep understanding of manufacturing IT operations and having Oracle ERP will be a bonus
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills
• Exceptionalmunication and stakeholder management skills
• Goodmand in Chinese and English
